Very convenient to the von Braun center. Liked room layout and very clean and comfortable
Upon arrival the site manager and the concierge manger were not welcoming or pleasant at all, but the next morning I met Marcie and she was noting short of amazing. I have stayed at the Downtown site before and was close to only going to that for future visits because of my experience prior to meeting Marcie. She and the housekeeping staff were amazing and they turned an unpleasant experience into a pleasant one!
The cooking staff were the nicest out of any stay I've had. Everything about the hotel was great.

Room was very nice and comfortable friendly and professional staff made everything great. Price was very reasonable.
Service at front desk was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, especially Carole Sunday morning. Room was fine but details missing like two body washes and no shampoo, only one regular coffee, etc. Breakfast was disappointing. We got there at 8:30 and the only thing left was eggs and some cereal. Limited and not being replenished.
