VNVNTất cả đều tốt - trừ dịch vụ ở lầu 2 - Trước khi xuống gội đầu dưỡng sinh mình đã gọi điện trước. Mình có nói là mình xuống liền -lễ tân OK và ko nói gì. Tới khi xuống tới nơi thì đợi 15’ . Đợi lâu quá mình quạo mình có hỏi đợi bao lâu nữa thì bạn nhân viên nam kêu đợi 30’ nữa. Nếu ngay từ đầu nói mình đợi tầm đó thì sẽ khác. Nhân viên không linh động - không chủ động . Làm dịch vụ như vậy là quá tệ.

GBWow, what a beautiful hotel 😍 We stayed here for 3 nights whilst motorbiking round Vietnam 🇻🇳 The hotel was perfect to chill for a few days with a great pool, lovely restaurant and the staff were amazing 🤩 We felt like the only guests and were spoilt rotten. The rooftop bar has great views and is perfect for watching the sunset with a cocktail. Cannot recommend this hotel and their lovely staff enough, would definately return. Thanks for a fab 3 days! ⭐️

CNThe staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The sauna was fantastic and their whole spa area was top notch. The restaurant and lounge were very nice. Everything was clean and very comfortable. I don't have a bad thing to say. Our stay was fantastic!
