Park Avenue - Forest Hill

My family stayed at this hotel because it allows many pas to stay in the same apartment. it has 4 single beds and a double. good for large group

The apartment was perfect for our stay with plenty of room for the family. We were close to our destination for the following day along with shopping centres for all our needs. The area was quiet and well set back off the main road. We would stay here again.

Decided to take an apartment instead of going into a hotel, as I spend too much time in hotels anyway. The place was well equipped and everything was perfectly clean. Nothing of the usual issues with many of such places. The apartment was its own small house, located with others of similar type in a small community with little gardens and trees, providing plenty of privacy. Despite being close to two major roads giving good access to other parts of town, the only noise in the morning were the birds in the trees. Close to shopping and the restaurant Vegie Bowl is in walking distance and worth to go to. A car is needed though to get anywhere major. Bathrooms and kitchen are not new, but in clean and well working state. I highly recommend this place and was very happy that I had chosen it! NB: I had to rate the hotel staff, but never saw anyone;-) All was settled and sorted when I arrived.

Wanted good location accommodation for a trip to Melbourne for a wedding. Easy to get too, very good, clean and comfortable excellent value for money, would book it again.

We found the accommodation met our requirements. A couple of minor problems were quickly resolved with the exception of the clearing of a disgusting birds nest that had been built in the window crevice adjoining the shower. Parts of the nest had filtered into the shower cubicle. Window crevice was accessible through openings in the exterior walls which seems to be a design fault. All in all we found the accommodation to be of very good quality furnishings for a fair price close to all amenities.
