Las vistas y el personal que nos atendió para darnos las llaves y tanto para devolverlas muy bien, personas súper encantadoras

No me gustó que no había calefacción, solo un mini radiador que no calentaba bien porque por la ventana entraba frío, las persianas estaban rotas, y luego encima las paredes parecían de cartón se escuchaba todo, los de arriba metiendo ruido tanto a las 3 de la mañana como a las 8 de la mañana, y los colchones estaban fatal tenían los muelles salidos

La cercanía a Prado llano, la calefacción, mucha disponibilidad de camas, casa cómoda.

Hubo un poco de lío para llegar e íbamos con niños. Por lo demás genial.

Nada y para dar con la Recepción tienes que ir a otro hotel que lo gestionan!

Olía muy mal las sábanas con pelo cuarto baño asqueroso un rollo de papel higiénico y un bote con un resto de jabón .... ketchup en la persiana.....no volveré a alquilar segurisimo!otra cosilla parking no hay sitio queréis pagáis allí 34€ más
