We booked the room on the provision that the rooms had a bath tub (I need this for very specific reasons). The description said there was a bath and there were photos of the rooms showing a bath tub. Our room didn’t have one and we were subsequently told that there were no rooms with a tub in the whole hotel. The receptionist was extremely rude and couldn’t care less. We were unable to get a refund (booking.com weren’t much more helpful) So we lost three nights’ worth of money. To make matters worse, it’s been over 10 days and they still haven’t refunded our security deposit. The room was very dated and felt very ‘budget’, which was understandable for the price considering we are near Geneva. However, we ended up staying at the apart hotel next door and it was leagues apart in quality and it was cheaper! Avoid this place like the plague. Willing to lie and mis-sell on listings and do absolutely nothing about it

Manque une table au dimension correcte, une vraie cafetière pour pouvoir utiliser son propre café mais cela est dû sûrement à pousser le client à prendre le petit déjeuner chez eux à plus de 16 euros. Si on choisi un studio c'est pour cette raison.

Es comfortable i està ben situat, a 5 minutos del centre de Ferney, dels autobusos a Ginebra o a l’aeroport.
