Location is great. Perfect for walking, City and Southbank by ferry etc. Nice pool etc for families

Stayed here several times over many years. Didn’t like the room this time.Small and dark. Air conditioning not on when we arrived late at night. Hiot nights sleep. Found the main switch had been turned off in the patio. Have no idea why. Reasonable value for money but the place is a bit tired and we may try elsewhere next time. Just a tad disappointing.

The layout of the room was good!

It smelt in the room! The carpets need cleaning. The cabinets are old and out dated. The bathroom need cleaning and upgrading.

Lady on front desk I think Julie blonde was lovely extremely helpful a treasure . Great views from apartment

Tv was a little quirky in lounge and wouldn’t start each morning showed up as weak signal

Love the location, it is very convenient to head either North or South for business. And it is close to the Storey Bridge Hotel

Operating the TV was not possible for me. The 3 controllers are very confusing for us older folk. I could only get the TV to tell me that the channel I was looking for was No Signal Found.
