Location, view, facilities and friendly, helpful receptionist.

Shower was a bit small.

The location was great and the facilities were really good.

Finding the reception on a busy night proved a challenge. The streets were very busy as it was a public holiday.

Location was good and the room was a good size.

Workmen outside of our room and by the swimming pool . Redecorating at the time and the smell of paint was overwhelming, we did report it at time and was offered another room on the same floor which was not resolving the situation. We have continously emailed the property to complain and they have ignored us . Customer service has been shocking and I feel that this is because we are expected to just put up with it because we are tourists from England . It's a shame as these apartments are in a great central location, however they are not the cheapest and because of this, we would expect better customer service. There was no prior warning to works being completed on our stay , just a notice in the lift the night before. Also had a letter pushed through out door to ask for our door to be left open , this was not okay . At this time they have not responded to me and blankly refused compensation for the 2 nights we stayed elsewhere, stating that they were painting outside our door , yes they were in the corridor that was completely right outside our door .
