Selection for Breakfast was good , handy location to shops , the beach down the Hill, Buses , Debbie a good hostess, Colin

The location was good, 2 minutes walk to the town centre and approx 10 minutes walk to Boscombe pier and beach. Debbie is a fantastic host, very knowledgeable of the local area, and recommended places to visit and how to get there. A mini fridge in the room was a nice touch, as was the tower fan, as it was the hottest few days of the year so far.

There was nothing negative to comment on.
