Lovely staff, beautifully laid out. Comfy beds and just what we needed for a night away. Good location to Lisburn Road, where there is plenty of restaurants, bars and shops. All you need in 1 area.

Our room was right beside the stairs. We are not early risers but were awoken by other residents who were up early passing our room at the stairs. Not exactly something that can be managed, but advice for future stayers to know about.

It was a last-minute booking, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was 10/10, and the overall stay was excellent value for money.

Nothing to dislike. The property isn't right in the city centre, but it's still within a 40-50 minute walk, which wasn't an issue for us.

Plug missing from bathroom wash basin, so the water was either too hot to use or cold.
