Clean room with comfy bed and appropriate facilities.

Accommodation was booked for a wedding- the couple had pre-arranged with the accommodation. Despite this there was a rigid check in time- right in the middle of the wedding- and no flexibility around this. I spoke to a staff member weeks in advance to change my booking from 2 nights to 1 night- she said I had to do it through to booking.com app- when I attempted to do this Booking.com had to seek permission from the accommodation who declined to let me cancel one night.

Delicious variation in standard breakfast menu with lemony avocado and egg on toast. Cheerful friendly owners. Option to chose decaffeinated coffee. Good private bathroom with opening windows

Room just adequate for a single person to sleep in but sitting room door shut so it appeared private the first night. Coffee rather weak

I was invited to a wedding at Runa Farm and needed a dog friendly place to stay. We found this warm, friendly guest house and had a lovely home from home stay. A welcoming lovely couple who runs Homelands Guest House beautifully. Lovely room, very comfortable bed and delicious home made food. I would be happy to return if I wanted to go back to the area and would recommend them to others. My little dog was as welcome as my friend and I was which meant a lot to me. A very happy stay all round.
