多年前去過一次，感覺不錯，這次帶家人在此入住，發覺設施都已老舊，而且似乎轉型成親子飯店了，有點失望。

還是有一定的水準桑拿區的備品可以再注意一下品質會更好

早餐超棒 溫水游泳池超優 可惜整體略為老舊一些

入住環境舒服，早餐好吃，有溫水戲水池小孩玩的很開心，建議若訂房時有注意孩童入住可備孩童盥洗用品。

"交通概念"很怪異的熱門飯店。我們陸續一點多、兩點多抵達，停車場全滿，飯店沒有任何說明或人員提點我們該怎麼辦，放著一堆車子在停車場內繞來繞去。 飯店門口走向停車場的斑馬線也是一絕，斑馬線直接通往車道。這是不該是親子飯店有的設計... 飯店讓小朋友玩得開心

非常糟糕，房間很髒又壁癌

房間老舊 又發霉 內部不乾淨 The room smells moldy and messy.....disappointed

這次入住狀況不好。。。 1.隔音變的非常差，隔壁電視播放聲音大到我都聽的一清二楚，結果我房間的聲音幾乎要站到電視前面才聽的到；也請房務人員來處理，得到的結果是聲音最大只能切到12（解釋說公司限制，無法再多切，估計最多應該是可切到30吧），無法再大聲，那請問是隔壁間的電視壞了嗎？ 2.出去後吃東西後，回來再開電視，結果訊號跳掉，打電話到櫃台都沒人接（約23：30），自己下去到櫃台找人，都沒看到人，過了3分鐘，人員從櫃台後面出現，結果一詢問，回應說晚上只有一人，（難道不應該會有兩人輪流）最後，也感謝他幫忙處理。 但整體入住的感覺整個就非常的差了，不是故意要求，但價格較高的渡假飯店，如果是這樣子的服務與住宿，其實真的不好！

櫃臺服務不佳，或許是當天入住的房客多，但基本該告知的事情應該要做好，例如：wifi密碼、上樓電梯位置....，到房間後打櫃檯電話也許久才有人接聽。對於服務的感覺不是很好。

Convenient lcation: Located in Zhongli, Taoyuan Dustrict of New Taipei City. It is not far away from the city and the Taoyuan Int'l Airport. Suitable for a family to come here for a few days with amenities of a children playground, beautiful garden outside the hotel, outdoor hot spring pools, two large indoor heated swimming pools, and a gym catering for all ages guests. Our room is quite spacious for 3 adults and a child, but the interior is a bit old and outdated. The service is OK , and the staff are trying to do their best. But they still have to improve their communication skills. I made a complaint that some of their staff had mixed up what are the sizes (L and 2L) of their casual wear provided for the guests. I got the right size at last after they failed twice. Overall the food of the chinese restaurants and the breakfast are excellent. I will come again in colder weather to enjoy their outdoor hot springs although the pool inside the hotel room had given us good baths during the trip.
