Good location on Broadway where many shops and restaurants locates. Unique common space.

Location in Saratoga Springs was great! Although the front parking lot was full, the front desk had us park in the back parking garage at no extra charge. Clean and spacious room.

Walls were a little thin so we could hear people talking in the rooms next to us/outside.

Nothing can improve this property other than a complete rehab/rebuild. It looks and feels like a prison cellblock. But I guess that's what the gen-z / gen-alpha kids want.

Location was perfect for our stay. Very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff.

Shower water pressure was low and not particularly hot, as others have reported. If you need full darkness for sleeping, bring a mask.

Checkin was a breeze, staff was super polite, hotel was very clean. You can't beat the location, literally the center of town. The petite queen room as perfect for my needs as a single traveler. Now, the courtyard was fab. It was sleeting the night of my stay, the courtyard was dimmed, fireplace on, I could have slept there LOL

If I have to pick something (and I'm being silly nit-picky here) - The placement of the toilet paper roll was rough for someone with bad knees and a bad back, lterally having to turn 180° to get to the rool.
