paid 4500 US dollars for a 7 day stay in a club room which turned out to be very small room at rear of hotel, definitely should not be described as a club room. Dirty sun beds on the beach we had to fight our way from lift to our room past up to 4 linen trolleys. this is not a 5star hotel

CADuring our stay we were greeted at Elements breakfast and dinner Buffett Oasis , tapas bar and Oro restaurant by warm friendly staff😊 exceptional service 👍

IMGreat spot right on the beach Good facilities and spa Excellent food and branded drinks …but the thing that sets this place apart from most resorts are the amazing staff. From the manager to the guys mopping the floors, the staff were incredible - to a person, they were so helpful, friendly and considerate, it made our holiday. Special mentions to Thandeka and June who really looked after us, and were superb. There are more upmarket resorts up the coast, but we were delighted with O2, and had a great holiday
We expected the rooms to be a little bigger, and next time, would make sure we stayed in the newer block
