Holiday Inn Express Montgomery East I-85 by IHG

Dislike, 1. there was no kids' favor cereal for kids. 2. There was no cameras in the laundry room to secure our safety. We put our clothes in the dryer machine. Let the dryer run than we left. While we left, maybe, they or someone opened or left the dryer machine door opening. When we came back to check it our clothes were still wet and the dryer machine door still leave opened. That's not good because we travel far.

Arrived at 11:10 pm, met with a very rude man at the front desk who didn’t want to help, kept asking for a card for incidentals when my company always provides a card for incidentals, I travel a lot so I know they send the card through email, he didn’t want to check, he just said no, he went to call his boss who wasn’t of any help, when he was calling he started saying how tf you don’t have a card to put in, then he said he couldn’t check me in, I mean if you really don’t want to work and just do it for the money find a job where you don’t have to provide a service to people, or you don’t have to talk to people, by far the worst experience at a holiday inn, besides all the people outside and the smelly lobby,

The staff and new bathroom fit-outs were excellent.

Confusion on where to enter the property entrance while driving.

Comfy room beds and pillows.

No coffee pot in room Tv had picture problem AC leaked all over carpet

Great breakfast selection and rooms were very nice

Breakfast was ok. No coffee maker in room.

Had to stay at this hotel twice in one month due to problems with my AC. Loved everything about the place. Pleasant staff, super clean rooms, quiet and comfortable.
