Excellent B&B with amazing sea views from a number of the rooms. Beautiful walks along the water front from the door step. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious with made to order hot food and coffee was best I had in UK!

A long weekend after the schools had gone back, and essentially adults on holiday. This guest house has wonderful sea views overlooking the Solent and with the Needles in the distance. There is no obstruction to the sea view - there is a strip of grass about 100 feet wide between the road and the cliff edge. The guest house is great, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Like being among old friends, from day 1. Breakfasts were excellent, and if you want to bring in "takeaway food" for the evening , you are welcome to use the breakfast room. Also a bar for the extra little drink. Lots to see and do in the area, we had a great time. Visited Hurst Castle, Christchurch, Apple Court Gardens, Lymington. Found a great church (New Life) in New Milton.

Just a one-night stopover on business. Such a refreshing change from the bland big-name hotels. Easy parking, a very warm and hospitable welcome from Sylvie. Lovely room. Great breakfast. A lovely all round feel to the place and you're a stones through from some of the most beautiful scenes England has to offer. Can't recommend highly enough. For a night or a week's stay.

Nice little guest house with great English breakfast. Only thing is the noise from the hallway and stairs when someone is walking
