We enjoyed the location. It was close to a variety of shopping, food, and the Beaches.

We checked in very early in the morning. Both staff encountered were cordial. What we didn't like was the room itself. It is an older hotel but there wasn't a microwave in the room, the curtains were threadbare, the covers on the beds had burn marks, the shower needs an enclosure, or a better shower curtain. The floor got very wet and we had to use our towels after drying off to try and get up the water; it would have been ok but they didn't have any more towels to give us. We asked for 3 sets, being that there were three of us. At 930 a.m. Friday morning, a staff member brought two sets of towels and then at 10:55 a.m. a staff member (my daughter answered the door) reminded us checkout was at 11 a.m. When my daughter reminded them that the towels were just brought to us they should give us a few minutes to finish getting dressed and it was a little argumentative. I have pretty much been ok with most rooms booked but this one was very low scoring, and not accommodating, in my opinion.
