Ms Bradley is outstanding. We use this hotel because of her! We also appreciate James in food service. He is a hoot and full of information! The service in this hotel is the best we have ever received. Love the shuttle service. Thank you!

"Charleston is a beautiful city and Fairfield Inn and Suites is exquisite!"

We liked the shuttle from the airport, the size of the room, the big bed and clean sheets, the air conditioner and most importantly, the staff (cleaning personnel, ladies on the front desk and the shuttle ladies). These ladies were kind, warm-hearted and welcoming.

I honestly can't think of anything. The hotel was convenient to me.
