The Hotel had a functional Spa and good Gym.

The rooms are pretty old fashioned. The mattress is uncomfortable and springy. The location is in the middle of busy old market. The restaurant food was very average. We had some very thick parathas in the breakfast. The food preparation was unlike a Branded hotel. The staff at the reception was very unpleasent and raw in dealing with Chk in and Chk out.

The room pictures shown on websites are deceptive. They have shown large windows but all of the windows are blocked. There is no view at all and it feels terribly claustrophobic. They should mention so that customer can make an informed choice
