Clean, would stay again

Best Hotel in Fort Wayne!!! My wife is from Fort Wayne so we travel there several times a year. We have stayed at other hotels in Fort Wayne but Town Suites is far the best. Rooms are clean and setup is nice for travelers with fridge and sink and extra room. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent but all staff are friendly. Shout out to Night Clerk Metta Hopkins he is wonderful employee and very helpful. We will stay there everytime if they let us.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by the most pleasant professional, and just downright hospitable host, we experienced a great stay. Every time I heard any staff member speaking to a guest, I was blown away by the over, politeness and courtesy they extended with their congenial conversation and willingness to help with anything needed. Whether it was in the pool, during a breakfast encounter or just passing in the hall, every staff member went above and beyond to be courteous. Upon check out, I thought I might have left something in the room and called after I left. The host on duty was amazing and sent a person up to the room to double check if I had left an electronic piece of equipment up there. And then she promptly called me with the results of the search. I have never stayed at a hotel that met and exceeded , my expectations the way our stay did this past week. I would highly recommend this hotel for any future stay in Fort Wayne Indiana.

It was very clean, quiet, the breakfast was good, it had everything you could want in the room. The staff was very attentive and professional. We are going to be staying again soon!

Property not maintained. Doors to stairway hard to open, handles wouldn't work properly. Carpet coming off in stairs. Holes in the walls that were not repaired. Garbage in hallways from guests rooms was left there all day. Rooms were not cleaned, no where to put our trash, just had to leave it piling up on countertop. A/C was not working in our room. When this was brought to the hotels attention, they just said the thermostats worked by motion sensor. Never heard of this before. So if you are sleeping and not moving, how is the A/C supposed to work. It ended up being very warm in our room. Breakfast was lack luster. Cold hard waffles and greasy bacon. Not even enough to feed all the guests.

Rooms were great with mini kitchens. So helpful when traveling with kids!!!

Nice place

Room was perfect. Staff were great, we had a double billing issue at check-in the the staff offered an extra credit to make up for the mistake. They were very friendly to us and our pit bull. Comfy beds and strong A/C. Room had everything we needed from a can opener to pots & pans and utensils and dinnerware to paper towels to a dishwasher... very comfortable stay, we'd choose again!
