Location is perfect.

The worst toilets in the history of hotels. We clogged to toilets in two different rooms during our 1 night stay..

Shocking experience – avoid this hotel We had a confirmed reservation, yet upon arrival my wife (traveling with three children) was told that no rooms were available. Despite having paid for the stay, they were left waiting until 2:45 AM – nearly 12 hours from the official check-in time of 2:00 PM – when rooms finally became available only after previous guests checked out for their flights. This clearly indicates that our rooms were given to other guests, while we were left without accommodation. Even more concerning is the hotel’s complete lack of responsibility. At no point did they acknowledge the issue or offer any meaningful assistance or compensation. Instead, they charged us for the full night, despite the fact that the room was only used for about 3 hours before my wife had to leave for her flight. Additionally, the hotel does not respond to messages, making any communication or attempt to resolve the issue extremely difficult. This is not just poor service – it is a complete failure to honor a confirmed booking and basic guest rights. ⚠️ Strong warning to all travelers: do not trust that your reservation will be respected here. If you are arriving late or traveling with children, you risk being left without a room while others take your place. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid at all costs.

Air conditioner setting was complicated a little.

Det er svært at finde hotellet. Vi skulle spørge mange steder, inden der blev ringet efter personale, som kunne følge os. Meget dyrt for et lille skimmellugtende værelse med en meget blød seng.

The collegue at reception was amazing, we arrived and I was informed that I had booked landside rooms instead of airside rooms, which we couldnt access because we only were transit without entry visas. despite the hotel being booked they facilitated us with our kids so we managed to get some great sleep in their super comfy beds and could travel on well rested. also bonus we got some water from the lady at the cafe while waited.

Convenient location at Delhi Airport Terminal 3. Great service by Mr Nawab Shah.

Did not get IHG points for the stay because we booked thru a 3rd Party.
