"good hotel, great location"

Great location inside the terminal. Good food and room. Very convinient for long layovers

The check-in process always takes too long. If check-in can be made a bit faster, it would increase the satisfaction of the entire stay quite a lot more

"Très bon séjour, pratique car situé au coeur de l'éaroport."

Bel hôtel, bon accueil, confort très correct et chambre spacieuse. Cependant, déco un peu vieillotte mais les prestations sont très correctes.

Prix un peu élevé.

"Prima hotel voor lange transfer te overbruggen, echter wel aan de prijzige kant voor wat je krijgt."

Locatie en inchecken. Ontzettend fijn om niet bij lange internationale transfer door Douane te hoeven. Hotel ligt boven terminal 3, is goed te vinden en inchecken gaat vlot.

Prijs-kwaliteit verschil is enorm. Ontbijt had iets uitgebreider gemogen.

"Excellent"

It was a nice and clean place.

The receptionist told us we booked a room in the national department instead of the internationaland told us he would fix it for us. I checked it, it was a lie! He also asked for a tip, probable because of that.

"Poor"

It was an overnight stay due to an 11 hour layover in Delhi. It was a bed.

The airport staff were very ignorant when we needed help and didn't seem to know where the hotel was located. The hotel staff looked bored and couldn't care less. The breakfast was not very good, all the items lacked taste and the coffee was awful.
