Friendly staff, well-appointed, convenient

Very clean. Love the location. Would have liked an elevator. Had to figure out appliances in room were disconnected and only one plug was available for two of them.

The hotel itself was wonderful but with being there Labor Day weekend we had quite a few Rowdy Neighbors and the walls are a little thin. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay, it wss clean, and the price was very reasonable. We really liked that it was located at the edge of town and easy access to Ouray!

Very comfortable and convenient for our day trips to Telluride and Ouray. Noise from highway traffic was noticeable. Keyless entry with cellphone app was convenient.

When we arrived the fire alarm was going off in the restaurant. Since that area doubles as check in it was loud. The staff person that approached us was not welcoming and couldn’t check us in. Finally then registration person came but she was so flustered about the alarm which had been going off for about an hour at this point. We had already paid and it was after 8pm so there was no other option for us. Fortunately the alarm stopped about an hour later. Glad it was only for one night. I’m sure it’s adequate for a stopover stay.

Nice, clean, comfortable beds!

Nice to have a restaurant on property that served large portions and good drinks. The room doors close kinda loudly so that can distracting if neighbors wake earlier than you. Clean, easy to get to and plenty of parking.

What a beautiful hotel! We loved everything about it!

The hallway leading to the room had many large stains on the carpet. The room had spilled food in between the beds and on the night stand. Beds were not comfortable. I would encourage people to stay in Ouray.
