Hotel Old Port

The director of this hotel remained in the last century and does not understand what hospitality, customer orientation and service. The staff is not trained. there is an impression that they do not care about the guests. I will not stay in this hotel anymore

Nice comfortable hotel very convenient to international airport. Most international flights are very early in the morning from this airport. Staff speaks good English !

Nice and clean. No power outlets in the room. Po charge the iPhone you need to unplug tv. Taxi from airport is 70 hryvnas.

We were pleased with hotel conditions and completely satisfied with everything in the hotel. the location is perfect for the travelers coming and leaving Kiev, great ladies working in the receptions, they were very helpful with all our needs during the stay, we stayed three times during 2 weeks vacations, and I would stay again with no doubts if I ever come back to Kiev.

Clean. Paid about $30. Close to several restaurants. Staff very friendly and spoke English. Would stay their again. Thankful for others who recommended it to us.

Hotel Staff is excellent, refrigerator in a room was not so good. Room Cleanliness is excellent. The hotel is close to the airport.

I loved the Old Port. We needed to stay one night before flying out from the international airport. Arrived late and did not explore the neighborhood at all. Checkin was simple, the hotel is clean and basic. Early in the morning the staff got us a cab and within 10 minutes we were off and away to the airport. I'd return here anytime such a need came up again. The price was inconceivably low.

When your dead dog tired from jet lag good hotel friendly helpful staff that help me find dinner and a good meal.

This hotel has paper thin walls and if theres one thing i can't stand its hearing the person in the next room belch. Luckily i had good neighbors who were quiet but this is a hotel I will avoid in the future. Itowas very basic and very close to the airport, no frills like continental breakfast and they advertise shuttle? Forget that, they will call you a taxi however, and the cost is reasonable as is the cost of most things in Ukraine. it was very inexpensive that was the best part.

I would of enjoyed my stay more if I wasn't the room right beside the lobby I could hear other people talking at front counter in lobby
