It was in a convenient location

It was very run down. The pool was still being refurbished/fixed even a year after we had stayed previously. We had 2 rooms and in one room the bathroom light wasn’t working. The water was brown in the taps & the shower wasn’t very nice.

The location is great. Walking distance to shops and things to do.

Room decor is becoming shabby and outdated. Entrance doors do not close properly unless security chain is used so safety is a concern. This is my 3rd stay at Econo Lodge, and the pool was out of order this trip and the previous trip. BBQ area was not clean or able to be used.

Great staff, great facilities, really good two night stay with my seven year old. 2 mins walk to Bundy's best pizza, which is next door to a cheesecake shop open late, and a trip across the road to fab coffee and milkshakes at Pacific Coffee. Staff ensured our room was available for a very early check in, and provided plates, utensils and everything needed for the on site BBQ except the food! Couldn't ask for more.

Nothing to dislike. Motel was quiet and well kept, and the staff were ace. The pool was undergoing reno so couldn't use it, but that's no ones fault
