El lugar es excelente para estar un fin de semana y poder desconectarse, las habitaciones son limpias y, además, había agua de cortesía en la habitación. el desayuno es Buffet con bastante variedad y con servicio de garzones inmediato.

Podría indicar los precios de bebidas del mini-bar en la habitación.

que nuestro teléfono de la habitación no funcionaba y no podía comunicarme con recepción y el secador de pelo estaba pillado y no lo pudimos ocupar

"Una corta estadía, pero muy agradable. Volvería definitivamente."

1) Excelente ubicación, muy central, al lado del mall y cerca de muchas actividades y lugares. En un radio de 2 Kms, encuentras lindos paseos para caminar, lugares para visitar y comer. 2) La atención del personal es muy amable y resuelven rápidamente. Check in un poco lento por el tema del depósito de garantía, pero el check-out es expedito. Tienen un lugar seguro y con llave para guardar el equipaje por algunas horas, luego del checkout (maravilloso) 3) las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, las camas confortables, y la vista desde todas las habitaciones insuperable. Los baños son muy amplios, equipados y limpios. Lo que falte, te lo traen rápidamente. 4) El área cercana es bastante segura, y hay varias opciones para comer y divertirse. 5) No necesitas arrendar auto si te vas a quedar en la ciudad. Es muy fácil tomar transporte público o de aplicaciones para cualquier parte. Precios de referencia... Microbús a cualquier parte: 650 Pesos, Uber al Enjoy: 5500 Pesos Uber al aeropuerto: entre 15 y 17 mil pesos, Transvip del hotel al aeropuerto o viceversa: 9500 pesos.

1) Piscina exterior y terrazas invadida por aves grandes (jotes y gaviotas) y llena de excremento. Las terrazas y balcones algo sucios por la misma razón, pero las limpian todos los días. Me explican que no pueden hacer mucho, pues lamentablemente las aves son protegidas. 2) El desayuno incluido tiene amplia oferta de masas y charcutería, pero faltan opciones más sanas. La fruta no es buena (poca variedad, verde y sin sabor). 3) Los precios del restaurante son algo elevados pues sólo ofrecen opción a la carta, por lo que preferí tomar transporte público y bajarme en el Enjoy (al sur), para disfrutar un delicioso buffet por 25 mil pesos (en la semana el Buffet baja a 17 mil). 4) Al estar al lado del mall se siente música fuerte por las noches proveniente de los bares y restaurantes, pero afortunadamente funcionan hasta media noche y mantener las ventanas cerradas ayuda, por lo que se puede soportar. Gracias a dios la música no es pachanga o rascatón.
