The best with this hotel is service and the effort the working people are making there. The rooms are modern and everything works. They bring the modest breakfast to the rooms, because they have no cafeteria space. I walked to the hotel by foot from the Taioyuan station, which was a nightmare. Even the tourist information at the station placed the hotel in the wrong place in the map. Your best choice is to go to in front of the Taioyuan station and call the hotel for the free shuttle to pick you up from there. They can also take you back there and in the nearby areas in the morning for free.

I was very surprised to walk into my hotel room and find a curtain but NO window! That and the hole in the shower wall really bothered me and my friend. It seemed that the other rooms had window (maybe it was because I booked it through this website instead of through the Hotel itself) but beware of now windows and this difficult-to-find location.

The elevator area seems to be raised on every floor. You have to carry your luggages up a few big steps to get to the elevator at the lobby and down a few steps on the guest floor. It was weird that many of the guestroom doors were wide open when we checked in (at 10p.m.), including ours, and so upon entering the room we checked the room carefully to make sure it was safe to close the door behind us. There were stains all over the carpet in the room, some spots were even wet. The room felt quite musty. There were no free hotel shuttles to and from the airport or the HSR (High Speed Rail) as some have previously stated. It costs NT300 (approx. US$10) per room from the hotel to the airport and travel time is about 30 mins. Good things about this hotel are: Front desk staff is friendly and speaks good English. Complimentary breakfast (eggs/ sandwiches/ juice etc.) is delivered to your room at the time of your choice starting as early as 5:30a.m. In-room complimentary wi-fi available. A computer and a printer are available for use at the lobby,

We stayed at this hotel for a one night transit stopover. Airport pickup and drop off were useful, room was tidy and spacious, and a takeaway breakfast was provided. Staff were friendly and directed us to a nearby yummy restaurant for dinner.

Good location for air travelers and convenient to get access to other parts of taiwan be it by trains or buses. Location wise is fantastic and the hotel provides shuttle service from airport to hotels and also from hotel to train or bus stations.

It was quite difficult to find the location of the hotel if not for the taxi driver's friends and GPS. There should be the hotel's name in Mandarin as the taxi driver could not read in English. The cushions on the bed need to be aired. It was a nice hotel if properly maintained. . I thank the management for providing us with breakfast at 5.30 a.m. as we had to check in at the airport at 6.00a.m.

This hotel is right in the center of Taipei with lots of shops and restaurants around. Room included facilities such as large jacuzzi with built-in TV and massage showers, which was better than the Sheraton in Hsinchu which we stayed in the following night. Breakfast was also included. Can't go wrong for this price.

The people at front desk are approachable. Breakfast delivered to your room, especially those who do not like to wake up early. Overall: Excellent.

I only stayed for 1 night for transition purpose, so not much to say about the surrounding. A 10 min walk straight out of the hotel, will give you 3 shopping centres right beside Tainan train station. Pretty convenient. Hotel wise; 1. Comfortable and cosy. i give it 5/5. 2. Clean and well equiped with most essentials 3. TV reception was a bit off though 4. bathroom not sound proof, i could hear my neighbours bathing and dropping things now and then. was wondering why was there knocking sounds in the middle of the night. 5. breakfast could've been better with more choices. given the surrounding stores offer better breakfast. 6. friendly staffs, gladly give directions and tips on taking taxis and rates. I would recommend for short stays.

Good shuttle service from/to the airport/high speed train. Good for price.
