"Good people, poor accommodations "

Three notes from our stay: There was a used tea bag left on the floor in our room. The mattress felt like a second box spring it was so hard. The concierge was fantastic and helped us get back to Seoul.

We are very happy and satisfied in this family-friendly hotel. Accommodation was great with a breath-taking view from our room. We really enjoyed the buffet breakfast during our stay at Holiday Inn Alpensia. I am a coffee person and there are different choices of coffee at the buffet. There are also many restaurants (western, korean and japanese) nearby as well as convenience stores. Sledding and Ski lessons are in the area with clothes/gear for rent. You can also buy cheap facemasks by hundred/bundle at the dutyfree store in the building. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and we will surely go back in this place.

Really nice and spacious ski resort. We loved every bit of it! We're not really skiers, and would have been beginners anyway, so the beginner level slopes here would have been perfect for us to try if it were open. (It's currently closed in preparation for the winter olympics.) As a substitute, they offered snow sledding so my little boy and I had loads of fun doing that during our stay :) The travel from Incheon to Alpensia was quite long, but it was convenient as it was just a single nonstop shuttle bus trip. The staff were very helpful and pleasant, so the tiring trip was quickly erased as soon as we got to the resort :)

It looked clean ftom outside. But there was mold in the bathroom. They only replaced towels, didn't vacuum or clean my room. The cleaning lady tried to come in 9 o'clock and when I asked her yo come back in twenty minutes, she gave me a look and didn't say a word,
