Ottimo per la posizione.

Cose che non ci sono piaciute: 1) ci è stato detto più volte che, essendo ospiti dell'hotel, avremmo avuto il 15% di sconto sul noleggio sci. Quest'informazione è parzialmente vera, visto che, al noleggio sci, ci è stato detto che questo sconto si applica per noleggi superiori a due giorni. 2) il personale addetto alla pulizie camere ci ha chiesto se potessero rifare la nostra camera ben prima dell'orario previsto per il checkout. Quando abbiamo detto che non eravamo ancora pronti ci è stato risposto che era già tardi. 3) il check-in alle 17 è decisamente un po' tardi, contando che il checkout è entro le 10 del mattino. 4) noleggio accappatoi per la piscina un po' caro. 5) in generale, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è, a nostro avviso, troppo basso.

My family and I had a ski week at the TH in San Martino di Castrozza and we had great time. Upon arriving the reception staff were kind and helpful.. The hotel itself is dated, but it was clean and everything worked so we cannot complain. Breakfast and dinner were included in our stay and it was perfectly suitable for our family with young children. The restaurant staff were very accommodating and friendly. Our children were very happy with the Kids Club activities offered in the hotel and we were happy to have the time to ourselves for these couple of hours each night. The hotel bar is well stocked and again all of the staff were very friendly. The room was large and clean, with a great view of the mountains. The hotel is close to the shuttle bus which brings you to the mountain, included in the cost of the hotel. We were very happy and would return again.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The service was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which really elevated the experience. The hotel itself has an amazing vibe, with a charming old-style ambiance that makes it feel like stepping back in time. The decor and atmosphere add so much character, and it’s clear a lot of thought has gone into preserving its unique style. The food was generally good. On the downside, the rooms were a bit chilly at times. I was very happy with my stay. The charm and character of the hotel, along with its excellent service, made it a memorable experience.

troppo rumore nei corridoi di ospiti maleducati. staff molto gentile e simpatico. Efficienti i camerieri alla sala colazione con ottima scelta facile check-in e check-out con persone competenti
