"Staff was nice but quality not meet the price leve"

Hotel gave me a room which is not cleaned at all, after complaints the reception changed another room but the key card cannot work so I need to run to front desk and ask for a new card. The bed cover is too old due to many laundry 🙁

A pleasant hotel, beds are very comfortable, nice staff, excellent restaurant in the hotel. Clean, proper heating

Almost no cellular signal Plus weak, slow wifi, so you are more or less disconnected from the world. Great for vacation, bad for business travelers

The breakfast was good. The hotel's location is easily accessible and within the centre of Babehnausen. The staff were helpful and gave us a lift to work for a day as well. The restaurant food is also good.

The wifi is very very slow. They need to improve this definitely. We do not have complaints about other stuff.
