"Eine Übernachtung"

Das Frühstück sehr gut Sas Zimmer sehr ruhig

Als wir am Abreisetag due Übernachtung bezahlen wollten, war niemand an der Rezeption. Uns wurde gesagt dass wir um 09:30 Uhr noch einmal kommen sollen. Als wir um 09:50 Uhr da waren, war immer noch niemand an der Rezeption. Due Dame vom Frühstück sagte uns dass uns per E-Mail eine Rechnung zugeschickt wird und wir haben due E-Mail Anschrift aufgeschrieben. Auf einmal bekamen wir von Booking.com die Nachricht, dass die Rechnung nicht bezahlt wurde. Das finden wir nicht in Ordnung, wir wollten die Rechnung bezahlen, es war leider dafür niemand da.
