Établissement très accueillant. Il est récent à l’esthétique moderne. Le personnel est très à l’écoute. Un ou des petits cadeaux étaient disposés chaque jour sur notre lit (chocolats, produits de beauté…) ce qui était très agréable ! La chambre était spacieuse et confortable ainsi que le lit. Le personnel passe 2 fois par jour pour ranger et changer les serviettes si besoin. Le spa privatisé pendant 1 heure avec une collation offerte composée d’une tisane et d.une salade de fruits frais était top !

Le débit d’eau de la douche est faible. Pour se rendre au lac de Côme, il faut une petite heure en fonction de la circulation qui est souvent dense.

Nuostabus kvapas, labai paslaugus personalas, labai geri pusryčiai, labai skanus maistas ir labai šiltas aptarnavimas restorane, dovanėlės kambariuose. Taip pat patiko lauko baseinas ant stogo, deja, buvome balandžio pradžioje ir buvo per šalta juo pasinaudoti.

Labai mažytis viešbutis su mažyte teritorija, mažiuku SPA. Jaukus, bet tamsokas. Vasarą, kai labai karšta, tikiu, kad tas pavėsis, kuriame yra viešbutis, gali būti labai didelis pliusas, bet balandžio pradžioje norėjosi šviesos ir erdvės. Labiausiai erzino dušas, nes labai silpna vandens srovė - sunku nusiprausti ir išsiplauti plaukus. Manau, kad vasarą trumpam romantiškam pabėgimui šis viešbutis labai tiktų.

The hotel is more than outstanding at every level! If you want to stay close to Como, Bellagio, Lugano and Milan - this is your place. Its super comfortable, stylish, with huge rooms, amazing relax zone and rhe food.. is OMG! The breakfast is very high quality of everything. And the dinner.. the dinner is outstanding! Not only for the food, but for the service and amazing Maxx (sorry if im wrong with your name)! Thank you, Maxx, for all lovely dinners, for your outstanding service, for the best desserts that you give us and for that you are there every night! We definitely miss you! The Chef in the kitchen is one of best that we ever met. Thanks to all you guys for your hospitality, for the room upgrade, for all gifts that you give us every day and for everything. We were stayed to a lot of places and in one of most amazing hotels in the world, but this one will stay in our hearts with all these amazing people and we will definitely visit again! Best regards to all of you! If i can, ill give you 1000000000 points! I have no words to describe how happy we are to stay here! I hope to see you soon again!
