C-Hotel & Spa

I will start my review by saying that my wife & I stayed at the C-Hotel for our honeymoon 3 years ago and we held it in very high regard. Our stay there was one of the fondest memories of our honeymoon & why we booked . However, when we arrived the owner of the hotel told us that they were going to relocate us to their sister property in a town 1km away. When I queried this, he told me that it was still part of the hotel and it was what I had booked. I looked this up on Expedia and it is listed as a separate B&B, C-Rooms rather than C-Hotel and my confirmation showed that it was the main hotel building that we had booked. I raised this again with the owner who said this was not the case and insisted it was the same hotel. We tried to explain that we had stayed there for our honeymoon and had booked the hotel specifically for this reason. The owner then told us it was possible to have a room in the hotel rather than the B&B if we paid an extra €60 a night, which I declined as I believed I had already paid for the hotel room. When we arrived at the B&B there was no lift so I had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of narrow and winding staircases, the room itself was half the size of the main hotel rooms and had clumps of dog hair all over the floor and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. After a long call to Expedia in which they agreed with me, they took the fight with the owner up on my behalf and after 3 hours we eventually got a room in the main hotel.

Allg. gutes Hotel. Gutes Essen. Zusätzliches Cafe mit hoteleigenen Produkten sehr empfehlenswert.

Belle chambre déjeuner correct mais répétitif restaurant correct mais un peu cher à lecco vous trouverez mieux pour moins cher face au lac Grosse déception en ce qui concerne la piscine intérieure qui est une pataugeoire et surtout qui est facturée 19 eur de l heure par personne autant dire que c est l arnaque car on ne le sait pas en réservant et à la base j ai choisi cet hotel car je voulais une piscine intérieure Autre arnaque que je n ai pas digéré c est la réservation qui s est faite sur la base de deux adultes et un bébé et ou j ai demande de ne pas oublié de mettre le lit bébé on m annonce une fois que que j ai payé non remboursable que cela coûte 20 eur par jour et que si je ne veux pas payer l enfant n a qu a dormir avec dans notre lit, très commercial et beaucoup de tact Bref hotel correct mais cela ne vaut pas 5 étoiles

Dopo la Quinta volta che ci vado posso solo dire che è sempre bello ad andarci, posto tranquillo per un relax puro anke se la spa è un po' piccola ma per 2 persone basta e avanza. Io lo consiglio per un bel week end romantico.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per una sola notte ma ho trovato oltre ad un personale molto gentile, una struttura molto gradevole in un paesello incantato. Quindi appena avro' modo mi fermero' il piu' possibile e lo consigliero' ovviamente a tutti gli amici! Bravi!

Small hotel but really nice hotel. The breakfast is fantastic, Will definitely stay there again.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful view but very quirky (by design?). ex: 1 light control panel with 9 illegible buttons making light control virtually impossible, no Kleenex, nightstand clock, towel hooks, usable mirror in bathroom, soap dish, lobby sign. Gorgeous marble throughout and design. Quiet.

Sehr schönes und puristisches Hotel zwischen Mailand und dem Comer See. Nach Mailand ca. 40 Minuten, nach Como/ Lecco 20-25 Minuten, Bellagio oder Menaggio in 45 Minuten. Auf den Zimmer ist Sky, man kann sogar im Bad im Spiegel fernsehen. Sehr geschmackvolle Zimmer und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück bekommt man gratis aufs Zimmer, wenn man das möchte. Recht gutes Frühstück, aber sehr süß orientiert, weil nebenan die hoteleigene Konditorei liegt, die aber sehr leckere Kuchen macht. Der Spa-Bereich kostet leider extra und ist dafür recht übersichtlich, aber auch wieder sehr stylisch und sauber. Gratis kann man einen sehr großen und einwandfreien Fitness-Raum benutzen. Das Restaurant haben wir nicht ausprobiert, Cocktails werden nebenan in der Konditorei, die ein Café dabei hat geholt. Dauert halt etwas lange. An einer eigenen Bar mit einer umfangreicheren Getränkeauswahl wäre also noch zu arbeiten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hinfahren. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist überdurchschnittlich.
