We had an exceptional stay at Hotel Reine Victoria in St. Moritz. The location is very convenient—just about 4–5 minutes from the main station, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service for pickup and drop (look out for vehicles marked “Laudenelle Group”). There’s also a bus stop right opposite the hotel, making it even easier to get around. The hotel itself is a beautiful historic property, over 150 years old, and incredibly well maintained. It perfectly blends old-world charm with comfort. What truly made our stay special was the level of hospitality. We were upgraded to a much higher category room, and despite the standard checkout being at 10 AM, they kindly extended it to 2 PM since our train was at 3 PM. In freezing temperatures of around -9 to -10°C, this thoughtful gesture made a huge difference. The hotel offers multiple dining options. We dined at their Italian restaurant Caracus, located just across the road, and the food was excellent. Breakfast also had a good spread and was enjoyable. They also offer ski courses, which makes it a great option if you’re looking to learn or get started with skiing in St. Moritz.

Honestly, nothing at all—I tried hard to find something, but this place didn’t give me a chance 😄

Unforgettable stay from beginning to end. This hotel is truly something special — the ambiance is absolutely beautiful, with every detail of the decoration thoughtfully designed and full of charm. You can feel the care and elegance in every corner. The service was excellent throughout our stay: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Everything felt refined yet comfortable, making the whole experience even more memorable. This is not just a hotel, but a place that leaves a lasting impression. A stay here is one to never forget, and I would return without hesitation.

Achei muito estranhas as sugestões de um senhor da recepção. Nos mandou pro péssimo restaurante do hotel Stefani (NÃO VÁ) e fez uma cara feia quando falamos de ir pra cafeteria Hanselman, que é uma graça e dos poucos pontos para se ir na cidade . St Moritz não tem nada realmente pra fazer, salvo esquiar
