I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon entering my room, I discovered ants, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel, especially one claiming to be a 4-star property. What made the situation even worse was that the hotel owner insinuated that I had somehow brought the ants into the room myself, rather than taking responsibility for the obvious cleanliness and maintenance issues. The hotel had no alternative room available and was unable to relocate me, leaving me stuck in an unsuitable room for my stay. To make matters worse, before I even checked in, staff were reportedly killing flies and ants with Raid insecticide. This alone should have been a clear warning sign about the state of the property. The room appeared to have been cleaned only superficially. It was obvious that the hotel was old, poorly maintained, and nowhere near deserving of its advertised 4-star rating. The overall condition of the facilities fell far below expectations. Despite the significant inconvenience and the unacceptable condition of the room, the hotel did not offer any form of compensation or even a partial refund. This lack of customer care was extremely disappointing. The only bright spot during my stay was an employee named Ivica, who was very friendly, professional, understanding, and genuinely tried to help. Unfortunately, his excellent attitude could not make up for the numerous shortcomings of the hotel itself. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and certainly would not stay here again
