Paolo è super disponibile e gentile, la stanza è molto grande e pulita, il letto è comodissimo e il bagno ha tutto quello che serve, anche il sapone intimo che non si trova spesso in questo genere di strutture. La posizione è buona (7/8 minuti a piedi dal centro e ancora meno dalla stazione) e vicino ci sono molti parcheggi se si viene in macchina.

I termosifoni non sono regolabili autonomamente e quindi la stanza era caldissima anche dopo le 10 di sera.

Bellissimo appartamento, molto comodo, molto riscaldato. Siamo stati ad Arezzo il 27 e 28 dicembre per visitare Arezzo e le luminarie. Consiglio questa struttura, vicina al centro, in un quarto d'ora a piedi si arriva al centro, appartamento grande, il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato
