Hotel is quiet, clean and friendly staff. The beds are firm, no restaurant, free parking, and walking distance to shops and beach. The hotel room occurred damage from most recent typhoon, but overall decent. My favorite part is sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise or sunset or take in the view of Tumon Bay.

The hotel should not be operating for travelers. I saw many people seem to live there. The hotel smells mold from the elevator, hallway to the room. Had to switch rooms 3 times. Had to settle with the room that had mold under the bathroom sink. The other rooms had a very bad mold smell and bed had mold. The other room ceiling paint was falling.

Need renovation,get red stains out of sheets, better mattresses, amenities in room, mold in the fountain area, broken toliets, shower doesnt get warm, balcony door broken etc

The place is rundown everything is falling apart it needs to be renovated. The toilet doesn’t flush well.. the shower doesn’t work well.. the hotel is disgusting.. close it or renovate it.

The location is awesome. It’s located at city center and so many things were within walking distance!

The place needs a renovation. The beds and furniture need to be replaced.

Filthy I would never waste money booking here. I paid this month for nothing leaving this dumb after 30mins coz my family would get sick spending the night here
