Hoteli ishte shumë i mirë, afër qendrës. Personeli ishte shumë i sjellshëm dhe i gatshëm për të ndihmuar. Mëngjesi ishte i mirë. Qëndrim i këndshëm, e rekomandoj.

Shpresoj që Wi-Fi të përmirësohet, pasi nuk ishte gjithmonë shumë i mirë.

"Very nice stay"

Very large room with all the facilities and a balcony. The staff is always cleaning and the hotel is not very new, but everithing is very clean and taken care. The pool is nice. Very quiet hotel in the center of Playa Americas 2 minut walk from pubs and stores.

The pool timetable is very short. From 09H30 to 19H00. It could be better. The breakfast only starts at 08H00 till 10H00.
