Hotel Bon Accueil

No soap or shampoo in the room. I had to take my first shower without them. Then I went downstairs to get them.

They don’t actually have parking. There is a parking garage that was around $40 a night and seemed sketchy. It says they have AC but it is central ac and the room was very hot. Sheets had a couple yellow stains

It was hot and parking was horrible to find. You get what you pay for but it definitely didn’t feel very comfortable. I am one to look for a bargain and rough it a bit but this was boarder line for me.

Basic and clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Just a block from the metro entrance. It was perfect for my three-day stay.

There was no kleenex in the room. I never did figure out how to work the tv remopte control.

The stuff was very kind and friendly. Also, the hotel is very close to metro which made it very convenient for travel.

It would be good if they could do some refurbishing. I was not able to adjust the water temperature as good as I wanted to as the water pressure and temperature adjustment knob did not rotate towards the cold water side.

Location was good

Room was small. Washroom was really small. No water pressure. Could hear everything through the walls and people walking above and talking through the night. Stairs going upstairs are really steep. Will never stay there again
