I was traveling with a group of friends, and we had one of the rooms with 2 double beds for 3 people. The duvet(comforter) was too small for two people. So we asked for additional duvet, but they refused instead, saying they would turn on the heater. The staff was not friendly at all. After requesting a lot, they gave extra duvet, but after that, they stopped cleaning the rooms. We stayed there for 5 nights, 2 of the rooms were not serviced. One of the other rooms was smelling of cigarette smoke, and it was horrible, we asked for room change but given a room only after 4 pm that day. One night we needed help for overnight parking instead of helping us the only answer we got is that we can't park infront of the hotel more than 15mins, I get it but where else we can park was the question. I mean, the staff has no interest in helping the guests. The only thing they saw was that our rooms were paid online, so they had the money, and we couldn't do anything about it. I literally couldn't sleep any of the nights because of the noise from the other rooms. The overall experience was really bad 👎 I would not recommend anyone to stay here unless they have no place else to stay.

The attitude of staff, room quality, and amenities. Customer service was worse. Poor WIFI connection.
