The hotel staff were cordial, professional and helpful. They even gave me options for tours and tour companies. Upon arrival, they provided me a warm welcome with a glass of juice/water and a cold towel. The hotel and room were super clean. The location is nice and the amenities superb.

There was no tv in my room. I had only booked for two nights though so I really didn't feel it because of the short time I had and the various activities/tour I had in the city. I just think my room should have had a tv nonetheless.
