For the price, the apartment is very run down. Furniture is sparing and not comfortable, balcony not clean, items in kitchen cupboards require cleaning. You are essentially paying for the location not the apartment.

It was very noisy (need to get double or triple glazing on glass) The beds only had sheets on them and in 2 of the 3 bedrooms when I went to get blankets from the wardrobes there were only mattress protectors! It was very overpriced for an old property. We stayed in a brand new serviced apartment in Broadbeach prior and it was cheaper than Reflections. We won’t stay here again. Receptionist was lovely.
