room is a short distance from houso units next door, baby crying in houso unit all night, rubbish being dropped down chutes next door all night in houso units, rubbish view looked like surry hills alleys

AULocation was good.
There was renovations downstairs so scaffolding restricted photos. The spa in the room was not working (loose switches and no sealant around tub) Room had coffee sachets but no milk or sugar. Spent first hr of romantic getaway finding shop to purchase. Would also recommend a usb port device as was unable to charge phone. Room for 2 but 9 seats on balcony. Would suit more 2 sunbeds. For the price a 2 night stay was, I was a little disappointed. You're literally paying for the view. For fact you have to clean room prior to departure, a later check out should be given.
AULocation and the views were amazing
Renovations going on. Couldn’t use the pool as it’s very exposed to the wind on the 2nd floor and a bit inadequate/underwhelming. Spa was nice tho. Hard to find reception as they were around the back in Griffith st and your not told that before arrival. Also the parking garage was very confusing and needs better signage where to swipe keys for access. Water dispenser in fridge was broken, new windows were impossible to open and had to call staff to assist. Couldnt get tv to work as remote didn’t match tv, again had to call someone to come up on a Sunday, then finally found correct remote behind a pot plant. Small nit picky things that just took away from a nice stay
