Brezza D'Estate

Le lieu était magnifique en plein milieu de la campagne sicilienne. Nous avons dormis dans le bâtiment historique, c’était magnifique et c’est une très bonne expérience. De plus, l’équipe (Sergio et Sandra) sont adorables. Ils ont été réceptifs à nos demandes (demandes de visite et lieu d’intérêt). Nous avons découvert de beau lieu grâce à leurs recommandations et l’une des plus belle journée de notre voyage. Merci à eux !

Staff: very helpful, advising on places to eat, visit etc and very friendly. Room: great to have simple eating facilities. Bed: great pillows, soft sheets, big and comfortable bed. Quiet: lovely quiet location, good soundproofing between apartments, could barely hear anything, I am quite sensitive to sound! Pool: lovely and clean, isn’t heated (or if it is, not much - I found it cold and regularly sea swim in cold uk water) so be aware. Facilities: lots of places to sit and relax to read a book/eat etc.

Bathroom: shower was small and water pressure wasn’t good (thought read this in other reviews so did know before arriving). Bed: Only thing that could have been better is an additional throw for warmth due to being cold at night in the granite building.

- Sehr hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber, Fragen und Anliegen wurden unmittelbar beantwortet/Lösungen gefunden - Traumhafter Garten, welcher zum Verweilen und entspannen einlädt - Aussicht 10/10, Lage etwas abseits vom Getümmel von Valderice, Auto wird benötigt um einkaufen zu gehen ect. - Sie haben jegliche Dinge vor Ort zum Ausleihen/benutzen (Bsp.: viele Mücken-> kein Problem wir haben Antimückenspray und weiteres… alles umsonst und sehr aufmerksam) - Würden sofort wieder buchen, haben den Aufenthalt sogar verlängert

Die Appartements sind eher hellhörig.

Die Poolanlage und Aussicht ist sensationell!

Ringhörig, wenig Gläser, schlechter Haarföhn, kein schöner Aussenbereich vor der Wohnung!

We were warmly welcomed by Sandra, who was absolutely lovely and gave us a detailed and long introduction to the hotel and area. A bottle of wine was a nice touch. Good communication before we arrived too. The facilities are nice, and the location is convenient for exploring places San Vito Lo Capo, Trapani and taking trips to Favignana. The hotel does make an effort to welcome families with touches like buckets and spades for the beach, which we appreciated.

The pool rules were extremely strict, and we often felt like we were being watched, which made it uncomfortable to relax with the kids. One evening, we were also told off for noise despite not making any, which left us feeling unfairly singled out and uncomfortable again. The practical side could also be improved: our family of five was only given two toilet paper rolls for four nights, and when we asked for more, it became an awkward interaction. The rooms aren’t serviced, which was fine, but the pillows were very uncomfortable and the shower had almost no water pressure. Valderice itself is a ghost town with little happening, so don’t expect much in the town (not the hotel’s fault). Overall, it’s a nice hotel with friendly staff, good value for money, and a handy base for exploring Western Sicily area — but the atmosphere wasn’t especially comfortable for families with children.
