Please note that a 2.25% surcharge applies for payments with American Express credit cards. Please note that the minimum charge for cot hire is AUD $10 per day, for a minimum of 3 nights. You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This ID and credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period. Please note that from July 1st to December 2024, Major Painting of the Building will be in progress at Contessa. This will restrict usage of the balconies and Outdoor Swimming Pool and Tennis Court.
