Views are amazing and the position is outstanding.

Our unit (601) was rather tired and in need of some basic maintenance. Some of the other units appear to be refurbished

The views are incredible, great beach access, beds are comfortable, staff are super friendly.

The cleanliness really needs attention. The blankets had hair on them. The kitchen surfaces were all streaky. Windows could afford more cleaning with all the sea spray. Curtains are not hanging correctly. Lost water one night, followed by thumping in the water pipes, which was unlucky. Bathroom and kitchen are in desperate need of an upgrade.

Great view from 10 floor, 3 bedroom apartment was great for our family of 6. The bus stop is right there. About a 40 minute walk to Cavill Avenue
