Nice enough hotel for the price. Right next to a ton of restaurants and shopping options. Pool wasn't open, and my room keys continually became unprogrammed and needed to be redone (I made sure to keep them away from credit cards and my cellphone, but it didn't make a difference.)

"About what you would expect"

Overall the stay was fine. It's what you would expect to find in this price range. The service was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but aged. The breakfast area was clean and well kept during the morning breakfast time. The AC/Heating control panel was only partially functioning and the shower control lever worked but was damaged. Everything else in the room was fine.

Breakfast was terrible. Eggs cold, bacon soft, out of tea. Settled for dry cereal and milk.

First room was not prepped. Front desk attendant was surprised when we came back. He came up immediately to see and promptly got us another room. Our room had only bath towel. Maids might be overworked. Room was clean and comfortable . Get the ice machine on the second floor replaced.

"Loud people and barking dogs"

Loud people yelling at 2am. Dogs barking constantly through the night. We won’t be staying there again.

The rooms were large and convenient location.

I was told my booking payment didn't go through so I had to pay twice. Had to call several times to get a refund, still waiting on the refund. They are telling me i shpuld not book with booking again.

"Would never stay there again, needs to be severely cleaned and remodeled badly"

This hotel should be gutted and rebuilt. You can tell It's old, it smells, not clean, walll paper on walls coming off, floors are filthy with grout coming out, no TV remote in room. Bathroom tin was gross, one of the nastiest hotels and I would never stay there again.
