Beautiful room, view, pool area and beach. The breakfast was excellent.

The service was really lacking for a high end brand. Some examples were an unwillingness to provide ice, poor housekeeping in the room, lacking initiative. Only 1 member of staff said hello during the 3 day stay.

Beautiful location

We struggled to get to a sunbed around the pool or beach ⛱️ they were always occupied before 9am. Not enough beds for amount of people staying in hotel. Also most hotels give access to non motorized water activities ie: kayaks and stand up boards. No charge.

Breakfast was good

Breafast area needs more than one coffee machine for expresso etc

Pool and restaurant

Staff impersonal, seemed distant in dealing with customers except for Quynh on our departure, spent time talking and generally making us feel valued but at the wrong end of our stay. She was exceptional

The pools are great. The breakfast buffet is very good, although the fruit choices were a bit light-on. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Awesome shower and comfortable bed. Would stay here again for sure. The staff are super helpful and nice.

There was noisy people at the pool a few days ago they were playing their own music on speakers and when they were asked to turn it down, they refused. We asked the staff if they could assist and were told no. I think the staff could be empowered to assist with controlling the environment a little more by the pool so that all people can be comfortable. It was not a huge deal but these particular types of tourists can be problematic and staff assistance is required at times. When those people checked out it was fine again.

The pool is amazing but could do with more lounge chairs. The hostess at breakfast was beautiful and welcoming, so kind.

The staff at check in and check out quite stand offish and didn’t make as feel welcome at all.

Beautiful beachfront location, large swimming pools, tropical atmosphere, clean rooms, and friendly staff. The hotel grounds are very well maintained, and the ocean views are stunning.

There was some construction noise from nearby renovation work during my stay. I contacted the hotel and informed them that the noise was affecting my comfort. After my complaint, the situation was addressed and the noise stopped, which I appreciated.

Location and comfortable rooms.

The pool bar was very dull, they also refused to play any music. No life whatsoever.

Was a nice hotel large resort style meet expectations

Staff not helpful English was terrible missed room services twice asked for fresh towels as this was missed and they delivered water I then asked for towels and he wanted to charge me Cocktail menu was poor and when asking for something off menu which was common it was a no. No flexibility and room services twice asked menu was on from chop sticks and could not order from eating at the restaurants Also, the concierge when we asked about the other restaurants in the hotel, her English was terrible and could not even recommend the Korean barbecue nor know anything about it as she stated this was a leased out restaurant being a hotel. You would think that you would promote all internal facilities despite the fact that they are not even yours run. I found the service extremely poor for the quality of this Hotel brand and chain
