Breakfast, Simon in the breakfast Restaurant very nice Girls at the reception very nice and friendly.

Too many unfriendly, loud, respectless, Ugly acting chinese people.

Only the location

The staff and the facilities were very poor! They can’t speak English and they don’t want to assist, which is sad! I was traveling alone with my infant and they wanted to charge me for even warming up my baby’s milk!

The pool, the view, the beach access, staff were incredible

Hotel responded to questions asked ahead of our arrival. On arrival we were advised our requests of a lower floor room and slightly extended check out had been met. Excellent. Our special food request for a late meal was also delivered. Room is spacious with everything in good working order. Breakfast was very good buffet. Hotel facilities, especially the pool are very good. Staff are excellent, helpful and friendly. Would stay again

Beautiful private beach, the kids swimming pool and play room is gr8 for young ones.

The location is far from My Khe Beach (u need a bike or grab) to get to the bustling area. Nothing close by..atleast a 10 min drive away. Few food options at the resort, breakfast was cold..nothing to rave about. Felt like a very old dated property, its massive and clean but definately needs a renovation and upgrade. Wouldn't say its 5 star rating for sure.
