スタッフの対応が良かった。 wベッドはちょっと広過ぎの感がありましたが寝心地はよかった。 立地条件は良く便利です。

2泊したのですが、朝食バイキングのメニューがほぼ同じだったのが残念。 以前広島市でこのホテルを利用した時、きちんとバスルームがあり、感激したので京都もこのホテルにしたのですが、この違いは？とスタッフに訪ねたら、「それはプレミアムでは」との事。もう少しわかりやすく明記して欲しい。

Very friendly and helpful staff even with language barriers all questions and enquires were answered. Great location close to train, taxi rank, high end shopping and convenience stores. Clean and excellent room, spacious and well appointed. Great breakfast experience in the hotel dining room.
