I had a wonderful stay at Savoy Hotel and would like to express my sincere appreciation to the amazing team who made our vacation so memorable. First, I would like to thank Bakly and the entire beach team. The beach was exceptionally well organized, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure every guest had a great time. Their goal was clearly to put a smile on everyone’s face, and they certainly succeeded—not only for me but also for my baby girl, who truly enjoyed every moment. Their energy, kindness, and dedication made a huge difference to our experience. A special thank you also goes to Chef Ehab and Chef Samir. One of the main reasons I keep coming back to Savoy is the outstanding food. Whether at breakfast or dinner, the variety is always impressive, and every dish is prepared to perfection. The quality, freshness, and taste of the food are simply exceptional. I will be posting a photo to share a glimpse of one of the amazing meals we enjoyed. Thank you, Chef Ehab and Chef Samir, for making Savoy so special, especially through the incredible dining experience. Last but certainly not least, I would like to thank Ahmed at reception. He always welcomed us with a smile and was ready to help whenever needed. Any issue or request was handled immediately and professionally, making guests feel like his number one priority at all times. Thank you to everyone at Savoy Hotel for creating such a warm, enjoyable, and unforgettable experience. I look forward to returning again soon.

El Savoy de Sharm El Sheikh es un hotel grande, ubicado en un sitio estupendo, al pie de un arrecife de coral que uno no se cansa de visitar cada día. La playa es muy buena, grande, cómoda, con servicios a mano, no le falta de nada. La zona de Soho Square está justo a la entrada del hotel, y por la noche es el sitio al que ir, animado, lleno de vida, con muchas tiendas, restaurantes, música, atracciones, etc. El sistema que el hotel tiene implementado es muy bueno: puedes cargar a la habitación cualquier cargo simplemente con la tarjeta de la habitación.

El problema viene con la habitación, pequeña y pobremente amueblada, y con el desayuno, atestado de gente y de baja calidad y variedad. El servicio del personal del hotel también es de baja calidad, los empleados directamente no están pendientes de los huéspedes, simplemente te ignoran. Mi recomendación;: busque otro hotel, no merece la pena ir al Savoy. Volveré a Sharm, es un sitio maravilloso, pero decididamente no a este hotel Savoy. No tiene categoría de cinco estrellas ni de lejos, en Españan serían tres y raspando.
